The article also hails Azerbaijan's dynamic development under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev who “remains loyal to the legacy and foreign policy of Heydar Aliyev. “Stable, democratic and economic reforms are being carried out in the country and Azerbaijan has become a reliable, strong partner in the context of international relations.”
The article says that 7th Islamic Summit held in Casablanca, Morocco in December 1994 which was attended by Heydar Aliyev was of great importance in terms of developing relations between Azerbaijan and the Islamic world.
Touching upon the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the article highlights effective cooperation and strong friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
