An awareness-raising campaign dedicated to the Khojaly genocide was held at Dam Square in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The initiative, supported by Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Work with Diaspora and organized by the "Ana Vatan" (Motherland) European Azerbaijani Women's Association and the Netherlands-Belgium Azerbaijanis Coordination Council, was held as part of the “Justice for Khojaly!” international awareness-raising campaign launched by Leyla Aliyeva, Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The campaign aims to raise awareness about the crimes against humanity and against the civilian population of Khojaly committed by Armenians on February 26, 1992.

An Azerbaijani compatriot living in the Netherlands, Javidan Mammadov, provided detailed information about the Khojaly genocide.

During the event, the participants chanted slogans such as “Justice for Khojaly!”, “No to Genocide!”, “Humanity is against genocide!”, and “For Peace!”.
