NATO Secretary General: Azerbaijan and Armenia have an opportunity to achieve enduring peace
“Peace in this region is extremely important for the people and the countries in the region, but it also matters for the Black Sea region and for the North Atlantic security,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in a joint press conference with President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
“Therefore, peace and stability are not only important here but also for security more broadly. Azerbaijan and Armenia have an opportunity to achieve enduring peace after years of conflict,” the NATO Secretary General added.
