This year’s last issue of the English version of the “IRS-Heritage” magazine, which plays an important role in disseminating Azerbaijani realities around the world, as well as promoting the country’s rich culture and art abroad, has been published.
The first article of the publication is dedicated to the Center named after National Leader Heydar Aliyev, whose 100th anniversary the country is celebrating this year. The article provides extensive information about the design, construction and multifunctional activity of the Heydar Aliyev Center, which is one of the most recognized architectural landmarks worldwide.
The edition also features article by British journalist Ian Peart headlined “In awe of Shusha”. The article highlights history of the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, as well as the atrocities committed against Azerbaijanis here. The author, who also participated in the Media Forum held in Shusha, hailed the excellent level of organization of the Forum.
The new issue includes an article about the Mehmandarovs’ estate in Shusha, providing detailed information about its restoration by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The magazine also features an article headlined “Shrines of Caucasian Albania in Karabakh” highlighting ancient Albanian monuments and temples located in Karabakh, as well as photo report highlighting the magnificent natural monuments of Azerbaijan such as Goygol, Maralgol, and Kapaz mountain.
