Addressing the meeting, Chairman of the Group, OSCE PA Vice-President and head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly Azay Guliyev greeted the participants and highlighted the agenda of the meeting.

Azay Guliyev noted that 27 countries are members of the OSCE PA Silk Road Support Group. He said the group creates the groundwork for strong, mutually beneficial cooperation between the member states.

The event participants discussed a number of organizational issues related to the group`s principles and practices.

The online meeting was attended by Azerbaijani MPs, member of the French delegation in the Group, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Procedures and Practice Pascal Allizard and others.
