The report highlights a nearly 30-year-long occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenian invaders, as well as Armenian vandalism committed in the occupied territories. The report also says that Azerbaijan has liberated its territories from the occupation and restored territorial integrity, by claiming brilliant victory in the 44-day Patriotic War.

Touching upon the brotherly Azerbaijan-Turkiye relations, the report notes that the brand new residential infrastructure will be implemented in the Karabakh region.

“Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev chose Aghdam to build the first residential settlement in the liberated territories. The city of Aghdam, razed to the ground by the enemy, will be turned into the smart city. The brand new airports and highways will create vast opportunities for Azerbaijan”, the report says.
